Overview
The BMW 6 Series is a two-door coupe manufactured by the German automaker BMW. It is available in 3 variants – the 650i coupe, 650i convertible and 640d coupe, all of which are offered in a 2+2 seat configuration.
The BMW 6 Series was launched internationally in 1976, but it arrived in India only in 2007, in its second-generation. The first-generation continued in production till 1989, while the second-generation was first produced in 2003.
The 6 Series Coupe comes with a basic vehicle and drivetrain warranty of four years or 50,000 miles. It competes with the likes of the Jaguar XKR, Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, Mercedes-Benz SL 350 and the Porsche 911 Carrera.
